The Rain Hiker is our entry level waterproof jacket, but that’s not to say it isn’t extremely versatile and technical.
Firstly, it’s made from a two-layer DRY-TECH membrane that effectively blocks wind and rain, as well as vents built-up moisture. Weather protection is reinforced by Aqua-Tect zip down the front, Alpine cuffs, taped seams and a Tri-axial hood. The articulated arms and our original sewing pattern moves naturally with the body, making the jacket extremely comfortable.
Finally, we’ve reduced the overall weight of the jacket by smartly snipping excess fabric away from the seams. Put simply, our ‘basic’ jacket is anything but.
